AMERICAN PUBLIC GARDENS ASSOCIATION

America Public Garden Association (APGA)champion public gardens across North and South America. APGA works to advance the industry through educational and networking opportunities, and they advocate for their 600 member institutions with over 10,000 participating members in 49 states and 20+ countries. APGA needed a website that showcased their mission for public garden professionals, member gardens and the public.

APGA has two main audiences: public garden professionals and the public. To serve both audiences, we developed 2 branches of one site in order to provide resources based on their needs.

For both sites, we refreshed the APGA brand to include authentic garden imagery, new typography and earthly color palette. We established a natural and organic look and feel.

The website holds many resources for both members and the public. From pages about finding a garden, garden programs and networking opportunities, to magazine previews, an event calendar and much more, the new website is easy to navigate and welcoming to all.
